Showcases Innovative Motorcycle Tires at 2025 China Motor Expo, Driving Global Expansion

At the 23rd China International Motorcycle Expo (CIMAMotor 2025) in Chongqing, Liang Dabing, Chairman of Chongqing Resilfuel Tire Co., Ltd., highlighted the company’s latest advancements in motorcycle tire technology. Resilfuel presented its self-developed “wear-resistant and anti-tear rubber formula” and “intelligent tread pattern technology,” both holding international patents and certified by SGS. These innovations increase product lifespan by 30% and enhance grip by 25%.

Customized solutions for African markets were a key focus. For Ghana’s rainy season, tires feature 20% wider drainage grooves to reduce skidding risks, while specialized tires for Tunisian desert conditions have achieved an 82% repurchase rate. During the expo, Resilfuel secured multiple cooperation intentions with distributors from Cameroon, Congo DR, and Guinea.

Export sales surged 210% year-on-year in H1 2025, supported by a wholly-owned subsidiary managing multilingual marketing, e-commerce, and logistics. To build client trust, Resilfuel shared field test data from Tunisian mining projects and enabled live video production monitoring. “Service has replaced price as the key competitive factor,” Liang noted. The company plans to establish 20 service centers across Africa, offering storage, maintenance, and technical training. Pilot sites in Conakry and Lagos have already helped cut after-sales costs by 30%.

Ghanaian clients confirmed an initial container order for mining transport vehicles, with plans for five containers annually. Resilfuel aims to rank among Africa’s top five tire brands by 2027, currently serving over 100 countries with 65% of shipments destined for Africa.
